On-board detection
Payloads / idea 9 of 12
A small single-board computer and camera
- What it earns
- Counts and finds things and reports text over LoRa: "41 head, one down by the north fence".
- Mass
- 60 to 120 g (estimate)
- Does it drop
- No: it stays aboard on its cover.
- Notes
- No video link needed, and it pairs with the dock's daily flights.
From the docs/payloads.md (brainstorm, Ryan and th-testpilot, 2026-10-05). Nothing here is decided. Have a better version of this idea, or a different one? Propose a payload.
